A simple but effective Accelerated Group Building-> implemented in 1 or 2 Days
Currently the group forming process isn't very efficient therefore I propose a very simple but effective way to implement a text-based accelerated group building feature.
Basically it is just a few /commands
Type: /LFG character description
For example Tom is at the Tomb of Primival Kings. He is a Worrior/Elementalist and he wants a group. He can play knock down and aftershock
he would type "/LFG use knockdown/Aftershock
For the group leaders, they can use another handful command: /ListLFG
This command will list out all the LFG players, their class, their descriptions and their district#.
The list command would be inter-district, in otherword it will shows everyone in every districts.
For example /ListLFG will show
Tom A, W/E, use knockdown/Aftershock, at America #2
Jay B, Mo/Me, healing monk with Energy Tap, at Internation #1
Kelvin C, E/Me, Air spiker with chain and surge, at America #9
...
The group leader can private message the player and have him move to their district and join the group.
Another command /GLF
The team leader can use /GLF group discription
to list their group.
For example lets say Mary is hosting a smite group who seek 1 W/E, she can type
/GLF Smite group looking for 1 W/E with knockdown/Aftershock
When Tom, at the other district type /listGLF it will display
Mary E, Smite group looking for 1 W/E with Kd/As, America#7
Tony F, Spike group need 2 Air spikers and 1 prot monk, Internation #2
Terry G, Degen group need 1Me, 2N/Me and 2 heal monks, America #2
...
Tom can then whisper to Mary E and he can go to district #A7 and join mary.
Similarly Mary can use /listLFG to know tom is looking for a group, so mary can also whisper Tom. So it is mutual.
When Mary's group started, his GLF status will automatically disappeared. Similarly Tom's LFG status will disappear when he joined a group.
So it is the simplist way to implement such system. It only need 4 text-based commands
/LFG
/listLFG
/GLF
/listGLF
If the implemention is text-based it would only take a day or two to do that.
